Allegiant Wireless is a family owned and operated business
founded in 2016 by its principal engineer,
Rich Touroonjian.
Rich has led the vanguard of public safety radio engineering in
New Jersey and the tri-state area since the 1980's.
Rich was the lead engineer for Motorola on the first ever designed and developed State–Wide Simulcast Radio Communications System
'New Jersey Interoperable Communications System' (NJICS).
In 1986 Rich was awarded Motorola's prestigious 'Engineer of the Year' award
Since then, Rich has lead many public safety radio projects:
New Jersey Transit Corporation (Bus Operations)
New Jersey Transit Police
Connecticut Transit
The City of Philadelphia
New York State Transit
Washington D.C. World Banks
And many other projects nationwide.
